Aline Benjamin is the founder and the Director at Benjamin Child Care. Her background in mechanical engineering and project management gave her a keen eye for detail to build a space that is creative, fun and safe for children.
I am very passionate for children, for listening to them, understanding their needs and caring for them. I find very exciting studying about their way of learning and development.

Dear Families,
Curiosity and a love for learning have guided me throughout my life. My journey through engineering, business, and early childhood education shaped the way I understand children and the environments where they thrive. I bring a blend of engineering logic and ECE heart—an engineer upgraded with early childhood superpowers—which inspires the thoughtful approach behind Benjamin Childcare.
Benjamin Childcare was created as a place where curiosity is encouraged, learning is nurtured, and every child is celebrated for who they are. I truly believe that dreams can come true, especially in a warm and supportive space.
As a mom to my daughter Charlotte and wife to my supportive husband, Amauri, our Christian values guide everything we do. We treasure nature, healthy living, and compassion, which is why our daycare embraces a vegan/vegetarian-friendly approach.

Our Family
We are originally from Brazil.
With the intention to study and work abroad, we moved to Vancouver on 2014. We fell in love with the city, the nature and this very diverse community. We got married in Sorrento, BC and on 2018 our baby girl was born.
We are very happy and feel very blessed by God that has always been guiding our ways.
